A representative sketch. Every hour is re-composed for the party we serve — but the register does not change.
- Day One
London to the glen
Helicopter from the London Heliport at Battersea to a landing site near the lodge, weather permitting. Dinner in the drawing room; a first dram to close.
- Day Two
The hill
A stalking day with the head keeper in season, or a walk into the corrie with the lodge's ghillie. Lunch on the hill; supper of the day's game if you wish.
- Day Three
Private fishing
A day on a private beat booked for your party on the Spey or the Tay, subject to the season and water levels. Rods, ghillie, lunch in the fishing hut.
- Day Four
A distillery visit, privately arranged
A private tour of a working Speyside distillery from its published private-visit programme, with a hosted tasting and a flight of aged expressions chosen for your party.
- Day Five
Return south
Helicopter or road transfer to Edinburgh or Inverness, with a night in Edinburgh's New Town before onward travel.
